The Outagamie County Register of Deeds provides remote access to property records via an online portal. The platform provides Occasional and Daily account types depending on each requestor's requirements.

The Occasional account allows access to index information for free. However, viewing or printing images cost $2 for the first page and $1 for each extra page. The platform collects a $3 surcharge for the first image download and conducts a pre-authorization to ensure a line of credit worth at least $50 before any deductions begin.
